Things to know before you book
Once you have decided that you are ready to book, please contact us through our "Contact" page and/or through Direct Messaging our Facebook. From there, our Fairy Godmothers will help you through the booking process.
PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO ENSURE BOOKING. EVENTS SHOULD BE BOOKED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
After you secure your event booking, our Fairy Godmothers will begin working on the magic that goes into these events.
Authenticity:
We take pride in our characters and take the performances very seriously. With this in mind we request that parents are cautious around the children to help us keep that character accuracy. By this we request that questions about the performer, and money are asked only to our royal assistants away from a child's ear-span. Here at "Mandy's Magical Moments" we recognize the importance of paying attention to the little details and making our characters as believable as possible.

Your princess is not responsible for supervising children. Chaperones are accountable for the behavior and safety of the party as the entertainer cannot oversee all the kids while performing.

A final headcount is due, at minimum, three days (72 hrs) prior to the event date. We do not guarantee activity, craft, or makeup supplies past the guest count received.

In the event of intentional damage to "Mandy's Magical Moments" property or costume, clients are responsible for reimbursing the total cost of repair/replacement.
